Wuyishan tea is a type of oolong tea grown on the wuyi mountain from which it takes its name, the region is famous for the production of excellent oolong teas, their particular taste derives from the high content of minerals present in the subsoil but at the same time it is the combination with the floral aroma that makes this tea really special is not reproducible. The tender leaves are wilted and cooked in small wooks, the infusion offers an aromatic taste with enormous balance, flavor, and creamy body.
